If there is a need for litigation, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance. This SIGMA Social network Policy will be governed by the laws of Japan.
If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this SIGMA Social network Policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
