Exclusion of Liability

These services are operated on its own operating systems. SIGMA will not be able to answer any questions regarding the operational status of its systems.

• SIGMA will not be able to answer any questions regarding the operational status of the social media systems.
• SIGMA will not be able to answer any questions regarding the functions, use, and technology of any software or apps provided by each social network or third parties.
• SIGMA shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the users due to the use of, or inability to use, The Services.
• SIGMA shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the users or third parties as a result of The Services except in cases where such damages arise due to SIGMA’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• SIGMA shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the users or third parties as a result of a dispute between users or between a user and a third party in connection with the use of The Services, and a user shall compensate for such damages at its own responsibility and cost or resolve the dispute with the third parties. If a user violates this SIGMA Social network Policy and thereby causes SIGMA to incur damages, SIGMA may claim such damages against the user.

Deletion Guidelines; Prohibited Acts

• Any post that is contrary to public policy, any inappropriate post that includes obscene expressions, or any post that others would find to be offensive.
• Any post that is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful.
• Any post that discriminates against or defames a third party or any post that infringes a third party’s rights in their image and likeness, privacy, human or personal rights, or reputational rights.
• Any post that is determined to be problematic from an ethical perspective.
• Any post that is not related to The Services or any post that disturbs the orderliness of The Services.
• Any post that violates the X terms of service.
• Any post with a commercial purpose, such as introducing or advertising its own products, stores, or company.
• Any post that identifies, discloses, or leaks personal information or confidential information, or that allows such information to be inferred.
• Sock puppetry by users.
• Impersonation through the use of false personal information.
• Unauthorized uploading of software that is protected by rights.
• Sending or writing harmful computer programs, disguised files, and the like.
• Include information from a forged name.
• Any act that interferes with the operation of The Services or causes a detriment to third parties including SIGMA, or any act that is likely to cause such interference or detriment.
• Placing an excessive burden on the servers for The Services.
• Falsifying the information provided through The Services.
• Any other act that SIGMA determines to be inappropriate based on reasonable grounds.

If SIGMA collects any personal information through The Services, it will properly handle such information according to its privacy policies
